Well done to the intermediate students at the Bedford Wing Chun class, you trained very hard and did yourselves proud.

Sparring is a very big and interesting subject.  Remember the footwork dictates range and that the guard hand is not placed forward and dead, it is very much alive.  To bring your Wing Chun skills forward you must learn to work ‘with’ each other and build trust and club spirit in order that you can train hard and remain safe.
